Our CoolVu® system doesn’t use air conditioners or air filters and we never expose electronics, display surfaces, optical films, or backlight assemblies to ambient air. CoolVu® is a heat exchanging system that cools electronics with an IP66 sealed volume of (closed-loop) air that continuously circulates across the surface of the LCD and over the electronic components. Then a separate volume of ambient (open-loop) air passes through isolated channels in the heat exchanger(s) and exhausts the heat out of the display chassis. All electronics are kept cool, dry, and clean for life.
